Longview golf course in Scott County, KY after a storm ..... at sunset.
My dog Scooter needed to go stretch his leggs so I took him to the golf course where he could run, since I knew their would be no golfer around because it rained and stormed all day as my dog was running all the canadian gueeses headed for the water...... And of course my camera came along to watch him run too..... at first their was just part of a rainbow in the East.....Then suddently the sky opened up.....
About Ulrich Burkhalter
Growing up in the small mountain farm of Switzerland has made me who I am today. I’m a country boy at heart that loves God’s and his beautiful creation and using it in my photography. I love capturing nature’s special beauty. It’s our stories that make us who we are and everyone wants a good story and pictures to go with it. Being a middle child of 9 rambunctious children on a mountain dairy farm and raising vegetables I needed some space. So I would go into the woods and nature to get my sanity back..... That's where I would learn to appreciate all what the outdoors has to offer My photographic adventure started when my brothers and I pooled in our money together so we could buy a “click-o-mate” camera for $9.95 Swiss francs...
